Strongly recommended,but its not a must: MIRC
It will be required because, it's a well known chat program online for competive gamers. We will be competive and this is the chat that will help us, you can find scrimms, from the top gamers in that game,also with matches on Twl we can chat with the other clan about the time and date. It is also very useful for communicating with anybody else in our clan, thanks!

Register your name, go to www.gamesurge.net/createaccount/
your name should look like this So|Name. (keep the auth code)
Instructions:
1.http://www.mirc.com - Download and Install mIRC.
2.Open mIRC, click the Options tab in the top right corner(Folder with a hammer on it).
3.Open the connect tab and enter your name: So|(name)and you're E-mail.
4.Click the little flower icon next to Connect to Server and look for Gamesurge in the drop down list then press OK.
5.Exit out of the options screen and go to the folder with the # and + sign on it.Click Add and enter #StrikeOne
6. You can now press the Lightning button in the upper left corner of mIRC to connect to our channel.
7.Now you can join channels:
#StrikeOne
#gearsofwar
#gowscrim
#twl_xbox
For going to European based mIRC type this in a New Server Window
/server -m irc.quakenet.org
Join channel:
#gamersnation
Gamesurge is US based
Quakenet is UK based
Note 1: Channels can also be joined by typing /join #(channel name)
Note 2: If you cannot find gamesurge in the list type /server irc.gamesurge.net where you would normally type a message. This will connect you straight to the server where you can then use the /join (channel) command to join our clan channels.
